Key Responsibilities

• Independent Work:Execute tasks efficiently and independently, following provided direction with minimal supervision.
• Client Communication:Interact directly with clients, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during phone calls and Microsoft Teams meetings. Provide troubleshooting and support as needed.
• SEO Expertise:Apply technical and basic SEO principles to optimize websites. Utilize tools such as SEMRush and Google Search Console to analyze and improve performance.
• WordPress Development:Build and customize websites using WordPress plugins and themes. Make adjustments to themes using code, such as CSS or JavaScript. Advanced coding ability is a plus.
• Website Hosting & Domains:Transfer websites, manage hosting environments, and adjust domains to ensure seamless functionality.
• Team Collaboration:Work as part of a team, contributing to projects and assisting with digital marketing tasks as needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in web development and SEO.
• Proficiency with WordPress, including plugin usage and theme customization.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and site audits.
• Familiarity with tools like SEMRush, Google Search Console, and basic coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience managing website hosting and domains.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and assist clients.
• Additional skills in digital marketing (e.g., social media, PPC, or content marketing) are a plus.
