Description
SEO & Landing Page Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's digital presence through effective landing
page creation, content strategy, website optimization, and technical SEO management. This role involves developing strategies to
increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and ensure a cohesive and engaging online experience for users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management systems, SEO, and digital marketing, with excellent communication and creative skills.
Major Responsibilities
Technical SEO:
* Implement and manage technical SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking.
* Oversee the integration and management of plugins to enhance site functionality, including marketing platform
tracking pixels
* Regularly monitor and maintain website performance, security, and overall health.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, engaging with hosting/software vendors when needed.
Traffic landing pages:
* Create, manage, and deploy landing pages using landing page platforms.
* Create website / landing page strategy to support multi-channel localization, including Google Local Search
* Develop and manage submission forms using Low Code/No-Code tools.
* Optimize landing pages and forms for lead generation and conversion.
* Evaluate and implement best 3rd party landing page solutions to optimize user acquisition and conversion
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing page performance and user engagement
* Manage content deployment processes to ensure seamless updates.
* Work with Marketing Technology team to Implement and manage integrations with Salesforce and/or Salesforce
Marketing Cloud to enhance marketing efforts.
* Manage and deploy web tracking for internal usage (GA4) and external partnerships (i.e. ad platform tracking and
implementations) as needed.
On-site SEO:
* Create and execute strategies for optimization of content and HTML.
* Follow and implement best practices for content development, testing, and deployment.
* Work closely with Marketing, IT, and design teams to align content with overall marketing strategies.
* Provide training and support to team members on CMS-related tasks.
* Familiarity with AI tools and trends
Off-site SEO:
* Create and implement best-in-class strategies for building authority to boost trust and rankings
Requirements
Education & Work Experience Requirements
* 2-4 years of experience in digital content management, SEO, and digital marketing.
* Proficiency in using CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and their integrations with digital marketing platforms
* Experience with landing page platforms and Low Code/No-Code form tools such as Formstack.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret web metrics and analytics.
Experience with A/B testing and content optimization techniques
* Deep familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console.
* Familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
* Knowledge of Screaming Frog or similar audit tools.
