As a Senior User Experience Design Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping and advancing the user experience for our Blue E application. This role demands a strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will champion user needs, innovate design solutions, and contribute to the development of best-in-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Experience Leadership:
  • Provide guidance to set and maintain UX and usability standards for web applications.
  • Act as a lead resource, offering support on work processes, methodologies, and project challenges.
  • Facilitate collaborative discussions, creative reviews, and ensure effective team collaboration.
  1. Design and Development:
  • Create and refine high-level UX maps, user flows, and design prototypes.
  • Translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and design solutions for seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate standards and best practices in usability.
  • Work with Figma and design systems to enhance UI components.
  1. Research and Testing:
  • Lead the planning and execution of user research, contextual inquiries, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Evaluate user needs, prioritize design improvements, and recommend innovative solutions based on research findings.
  • Drive UXD standards and process improvements across projects.
  1. Collaboration and Mentorship:
  • Serve as the primary liaison with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with internal UX standards.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training to team members.
  • Evangelize usability principles and present recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
  1. Enterprise Application Expertise:
  • Understand enterprise platforms and applications, with a focus on data visualization concepts.
  • Incorporate content hierarchy into designs, avoiding placeholder text like "Lorem Ipsum."


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (required).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design or related fields.
  • In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong grasp of UX writing and content hierarchy principles.
  • Comfortable generating multiple design solutions for any given challenge.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to enhance design components and systems.
