Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer who excels at delivering high-quality work, whether at the beginning, middle, or final stages of a project. As part of a collaborative team of 26, working within a squad of 8, the ideal candidate is adaptable, humble, and focused on getting the job done. You’ll bring expertise in user experience, visual design, and design systems, contributing to projects of all sizes and complexities.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define requirements and deliver user-centered solutions.
• Design Solutions: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate ideas and user flows effectively.
• Research & Testing: Partner with UX researchers to participate in user research and usability testing, identifying user needs and pain points.
• UI Development: Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that adhere to brand and accessibility standards.
• Design Systems: Enhance components and maintain consistency within Figma-based design systems.
• Flexibility: Contribute to projects at any stage, whether early ideation or final delivery, and adapt to varying project sizes and complexities.
• Feedback Culture: Actively participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into your work.

• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Strong capacity to generate multiple solutions for complex design challenges.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Figma, including auto layout and responsive design principles.
• Adaptability: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
