Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lighting/Visual Tech to join our team! As our Lighting/Visual Tech you will be responsible for leading in the installation and operation of the lighting and visual effects used in production for the Church in the Son campus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate lighting for services and events for the campus including overseeing and scheduling all contract and volunteer lighting designers, operators, etc
Content creation for LED wall
Facilitate training, recruitment, and serving opportunities for lighting volunteers
Partner with the production team on maintenance and upkeep of all lighting equipment and processes
Participate in lighting plot layout decisions and rigging to support stage designs
Liaise with other departments for lighting and stage design needs
Provide spiritual leadership and foster team community

Qualifications

Equipment knowledge, Lighting board Onyx Nx4, Video wall, processors RGB link, Propresenter 6 & 7
Team player
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
