Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
- Ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency for service scheduling and invoicing.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid Driver's License

- Listen to customer concerns, identify vehicle issues, and accurately document information.
- Explain necessary repairs and services to customers, providing clear and transparent explanations.
- Provide accurate and detailed service estimates, including cost and time requirements.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Up-sell additional services and maintenance packages as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Perform walkaround Inspections with customers present during write-up process
- Knowledge of warranty claims & how to format repair orders per manufacturer's requirements
