Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to design and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our company goals across all nationwide locations and brands.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.

• Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize our online presence.

• Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and presentations, that resonate with our audience.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Optimize content for diverse channels, including our website, blog, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.

• Maintain and enhance our social media presence through content creation, scheduling, and active engagement with our community.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing strategies innovative and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the addiction treatment or healthcare sector.

• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Type:

• Full Time

Salary:

• $47 -63k annually

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts M-F IN office -
• NOTE: This is not a remote position, must be able to commute to our corporate office 5 days a week in pompano beach.
