Senior Marketing Specialist - Full Stack/Multichannel Marketer

Travel Partnerships and Media helps partners deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences, driving growth for them and the EG marketplace through competitive supply, a valued advertising and travel media network, and affiliate solutions.

As a member of the B2B Marketing Team, you will play a key role in helping achieve strategic business objectives for Expedia Group and our lodging supply partners. Our marketing team is nimble and high energy, so we look for people who flourish in a dynamic environment and who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who excels working within a team and independently, and who is eager to grow and learn.

We are the marketing team responsible for Acquisition in the B2B org at Expedia Group. We focus on the acquisition of new property hosts and hotels that power the supply side of Expedia's marketplace brands such as Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo. We do this by running performance marketing channels including organic search and content, display & video, SEM, paid social, and affiliates.

We are seeking a high performing, motivated Senior specialist with hands-on digital experience E2E from media planning through executing and reporting, an all-rounder, full stack marketer expert.

We are a global team looking after the needs of multiple geographies based on the changing demand signals of millions of travellers who visit our sites to book their next travel or through our demand partners.

In this role, you will:

* Grow EG's vacation rentals & core lodging supply through a mix of paid and organic acquisition campaigns with a focus on programmatic display/video DSPs, SEO, content and organic social media engagement.

* Develop and execute channel roadmaps, continuously experiment to test new hypothesis and new channels.

* Optimize and grow existing campaigns balancing KPIs including conversions volume, CAC and ROAS.

* Create ad hoc weekly and monthly performance reports of your channels based on KPIs.

* End to end ownership of operational initiatives behind marketing campaigns including planning, set up campaign & tracking, media buying & management, testing, analysis and optimization.

* Work with internal stakeholders to influence creative and landing page experiences

Experience and qualifications:

* Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Full Stack Marketer in a Growth marketing team or a similar role.

* Demonstrated expertise in digital acquisition channels, both paid and organic.

* Bringing a highly analytical mindset to business problems, can-do attitude in self-servicing common analytics questions through Campaign Manager Reporting, Google Analytics, Excel and Tableau.

* Previous experience managing large media campaigns across multiple time zones and managing multiple stakeholders.

* Proven experience using Google Marketing Platform products, programmatic DSPs and SEO tools including Campaign Manager and Google Search console.

* Proven experience managing SEO channel with a track record of driving significant growth and engagement.

* Proven expertise working with functions such as content, PR, partnership and organic social media teams as part of delivery of a holistic acquisition strategy.

* Results-oriented individual with demonstrated success in driving new user acquisition or equivalent with direct sales and profitability deliverables

* Self-starter who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity and change.

* Ability to self-prioritize projects based on highest impact activities.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate performance metrics, technical challenges and business opportunities to key stakeholders.

* Understanding of incrementality testing design, attribution modelling and media measurement.

Nice to have:

* Experience working in a small startup or scale-up company, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to a dynamic work environment.

* Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee media programs.

* Proven experience of day-to-day management of programmatic display DSPs platforms such as DV360, Amazon or The Trade Desk managing a multi-million dollar budget across multiple geographies.

* Previous experience managing trafficking and feed mapping through Google Marketing Platform and Google Studio across large accounts.

* Working knowledge and familiarity with paid social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) and PPC/SEM Platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads 360).
