We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join this growing team. This role provides the opportunity to sell and renew commercial insurance for businesses while building a book of business. The compensation structure includes an initial salary plus commission, transitioning to a primarily commission-based role over time.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join this growing team. This role provides the opportunity to sell and renew commercial insurance for businesses while building a book of business. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their insurance needs.
- Assess clients' current insurance coverage and provide suitable recommendations.
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs and budgets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies.
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for insurance contracts.
- Achieve pre-determined sales goals.
- Work closely with an Account Manager to service and renew clients annually.
- Florida 2-20 Insurance License (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment).
- Strong knowledge of insurance products or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer or similar role.
- Successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex information.
- Ability to travel during the day as needed.
