"Our client, a large insurance company, is looking for a UI / UX Designer to join their team! This is a 40 hour per week position and 100% remote working EST hours.The UI / UX Designer will:Balance customer / business needs to design user-centered experiencesDefine sitemaps of digital experiences, create user flows, and design UI components that leverage their global design system (partner with global design team to ensure reuse of existing components, and inform expansion)Create wireframes and prototypes to test design decisionsOversee user testing to validate designs, and create production-ready files and assets for handoff to UI developersThe UI / UX Designer has:At least 3+ years of experience in UI / UX design for web and mobileFluency in user research and user experience fundamentals (wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing)Proficiency in Adobe XD and FigmaSkills in CSS, Javascript, and HTML are a plusStrong communication skills / ability to articulate design decisionsExperience working in an Agile environment and developing / maintaining design systemsAny financial services / insurance knowledge is preferredIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
