As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you’ll collaborate with our
Executive Marketing Manager
and engage in a comprehensive training program that includes: Basic Marketing Strategy:
Learn the fundamentals of effective campaigns. Direct Advertising Techniques:
Develop skills to engage customers and drive results. Promotional Tactics & Visual Merchandising:
Enhance brand presence and visibility. Consumer Market Research:
Understand target audiences and tailor strategies accordingly. Core Responsibilities:
Assist in the growth and development of marketing campaigns. Support efforts to
acquire and retain customers
through innovative techniques. Maintain high standards of professionalism when addressing customer needs. Build
brand recognition
via local events and experiential marketing. Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador team to strategize, execute, and manage campaigns. Interact directly with customers to provide personalized solutions. Generate leads, develop client bases, and ensure customer satisfaction. Aid senior marketing staff with client-related projects and initiatives. What You Bring
We’re looking for candidates with
integrity, a winning mindset, and a passion for growth. Qualifications: Full-time availability, including some weekends for special events. Ability to excel in both independent and team-based projects. Willingness to travel 1–2 weeks per year for advanced training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A creative, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. A 2- or 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Thrives in a
