Join us in this role where you'll take the lead on developing program culture and engagement for • rsted's Northeast Program (NEP). The NEP is a team of over 500 individuals, based across several offices in the U.S., as well as in the UK and continental Europe. Their remit covers a portfolio of offshore wind projects in construction off the coast of New England and New York - Revolution Wind and Sunrise Wind. The role will focus on the NEP for the duration of EPC and commissioning work on our offshore projects. It will lead on the roll-out of a toolbox of events, activities and employee communications that prioritize culture and connection across a geographically dispersed team and help to embed the NEP and EPC objectives and wider company values.
Welcome to Corporate Affairs You'll be part of Employee Engagement & Events where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver employee engagement and internal communications activities that help to build an inclusive and cohesive internal culture. Working with NEP leadership and aligning closely with region-wide strategy, the role will develop and oversee delivery of a strategy to communicate with and engage employees working on U.S. NEP offshore projects, deepening a mission-driven culture of results, teamwork and safety, and focusing on employee retention and morale.

You'll play an important role in:
developing a culture and engagement strategy for the Northeast Program, in collaboration with the Head of Employee Engagement & Events, NEP leadership, and Global Internal Communications, aligning with global, regional, and NEP priorities developing and delivering an annual cycle of NEP Program Days and Town Halls, creating a leadership focus and dialogue on culture and connection across the NEP and delivering major in-person events enhancing NEP leadership visibility by ensuring regular touchpoints and accessibility for program employees, and develop consistent project and leadership communications via email and Viva Engage collaborating with Global Internal Communications and the Americas Employee Engagement and Events team to implement regional and global initiatives for NEP and identify opportunities to expand NEP initiatives to wider audiences regularly liaising with Global Internal Communications, especially for the global EPC organization, to ensure efficient communication and provide regular NEP updates Managing NEP in-person and social activities, like windfarm tours and gatherings, allocate budget globally, and ensure regional employees stay engaged and connected. To succeed in the role, you:
possess excellent written and verbal communications skills have at least 3-5 years' experience developing and writing employee communications, preferably for a global audience have at least 3-5 years' experience of internal (or external) event planning & delivery have experience developing and implementing an internal communications and/or employee engagement strategy demonstrate experience managing internal stakeholders and managing up to shape and guide leadership on internal engagement.
