We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Videographer to join our dynamic automotive dealership team. As an Automotive Service Videographer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service experience by visually documenting vehicle inspections conducted by our technicians. Your primary responsibility will be to capture high-quality videos of vehicle issues, communicate effectively with service writers, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our service department.

Responsibilities:

Video Documentation-

• Work closely with automotive technicians to capture comprehensive video footage of vehicle inspections and repairs.
• Ensure high-quality visuals, proper lighting, and clear audio for accurate representation of vehicle issues.

Communication and Collaboration-

• Collaborate with service writers to understand customer needs and expectations.
• Transmit video files promptly to service writers for inspection summary and estimate preparation.

Technology Proficiency-

• Utilize digital tools and equipment to capture, edit, and organize video content efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in videography technology to enhance the quality of video documentation.

Customer Engagement-

• Assist in creating engaging and informative video content that explains vehicle issues to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding video content and provide additional information as needed.

Quality Control-

• Conduct periodic reviews of video content to ensure accuracy and adherence to dealership standards.
• Collaborate with the service team to address any discrepancies and continuously improve video documentation processes.
