JOB DESCRIPTION
Scheduling
•Assist with entering advance showtimes into theaters
•Assist with entering weekly showtimes with full bookings into theaters
•Confirm all showtimes are live by appropriate dates
Programming & Content
•Confirm Content & Keys have arrived for all booked titles
•Advise on Cinepolis Handpicked Choices and book content
Trailers, One Sheets & Standees
•Maintain spreadsheet with studio trailer requests
•Send weekly emails to theaters with trailer placements for all titles
•Confirm we are compliant with trailer agreements
•Manage One Sheets & Standee Placement in Theatres
•Email studios with trailer placement percentages
Work on Indian Bookings
•Getting Content and Keys for openings
•Keeping track of what studio to pay for what title.
•Managing database of upcoming Indian content
Work on Special Projects
•i.e. Premium Formats or Jr Screens
•Yearly Film Reports
Work with Studios on Presales Launch
•Work with Ops to initiate showtimes
•Work with Marketing to send social announcements about tickets on sale dates
•Weekly reporting to Studios with figures
Responsible for Alternative Content Promotions
•Work with Event Cinema Distributors on upcoming slate
•Find new slate exclusive to Cinepolis
•Get assets and manage with Marketing
Assist Film Pay
•Collect missing BOR's For Studios
Work with Events Sales and team on Screening Requests
•Kardashian Screenings at Westlake Village
•Promotional Screenings
•VIP Screenings
•Acquiring Content
Assist VP of Box Office and Film with Reports
Assist VP of Box Office and Film by covering Trade Screenings
