A. Implementing his/her program of study.

C. Utilizing instructional management system which increases student learning and maximizing time on task.
D. Monitoring student progress toward learning outcome.
E. Maintaining and upgrading his or her professional skill.
F. Promoting and maintaining positive pupil teacher parent relations.
G. Maintaining professional work habits.
III. Professional Development:
A. Participate in faculty and professional meetings.
B. Attend educational conferences and teacher workshops.
IV. Special Assignment:
A. Perform related duties such as sponsoring one or more special activities or student organizations.
V. Organizational Relationships:
A. Is accountable to the principal for performance of assigned duties.
B. Relates role to the building and system wide programs and objectives.
C. Coordinates work with members of their particular department.
VI. Performance Standards:
A. In-class behavior: There is evidence that the pupils assigned to certain courses for which the instructor is responsible have achieved established objectives.
B. Out of class behavior: There is evidence that the instructor has developed behavior that results in effective cooperation with his colleagues and lay persons.
VII. Position-Holder Qualification:
A. Graduate of a four (4) year college
B. Function effectively as a member of an instructional team.
C. Maintain strong commitment to the subject matter that he/she teaches.
D. Works effectively with the community.
E. Has ability to adapt to differences and changes in pupil characteristics.
