Position Overview (100% On-Site):
As a Video Monitoring Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our national security operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing video feeds from various surveillance systems to detect and respond to potential security threats. Your keen attention to detail, quick decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in maintaining the safety and security of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Real-Time Monitoring: Monitor live video feeds from a variety of surveillance systems to identify and assess potential security incidents or breaches.
- Incident Detection and Response: Quickly identify and respond to suspicious activities, unauthorized access, or other security breaches in a timely and efficient manner.
- Alarm Handling: Respond to alarms triggered by the surveillance systems, assess the situation, and take appropriate action as per established protocols.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all monitoring activities, incidents, and responses. Generate incident reports for further analysis and reporting.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with on-site security personnel, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant parties to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting of surveillance equipment and escalate technical issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Policy Adherence: Adhere strictly to company and client-specific security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on the latest security technologies, techniques, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus)
- Prior experience in security monitoring, surveillance, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of security systems, CCTV technology, and alarm monitoring software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software
