Coordinating and communicating with our officers or management via radio or phone communications to facilitate efficient daily operations.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and speak EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent multi-tasking abilitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to handle high-pressure and high-stress situationsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with established proceduresFamiliarity with security systems and technologyAbility to answer inbound phone calls and assisting or routing the calls as needed to the proper channels of communicationMaintaining the status of incidents and recordsResponding to public inquiriesMaintaining and updating confidential informationMonitoring video alerts as they are presented and follow the correct course of action according to client notesResponsibilities:Dispatching our officers or responders to emergencies/suspicious activityRespond to alerts, alarms, and emergencies as they are presented, following protocols and proceduresConduct regular security checks to identify and address any safety hazards or violationsCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any security-related incidents or concernsProvide excellent customer service and support to employees and visitors when neededComplete thorough and accurate incident reports as requiredStay updated on security procedures, protocols, and industry trendsWe offer competitive compensation and full benefits to our employees.
