Job Description Informa Markets, North America Business Engineering, is looking for a Partnership Fulfilment Coordinator to join the team. This key member of the Business Operations team will be vital in liaising with our Marketing Teams, tracking and delivering Media Partnerships across multiple brands. This collaborative role will work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Event Management and Operations as well as directly with our Event Media Partners. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working through multiple unique processes across different brands. Working within the events division with a primary focus on shows in North America, this position reports to the Senior Sales Operations Manager. Role Accountability and Duties : Draft, review, and send Media Partner Agreements for signature, ensuring all terms and deliverables are clearly outlined. Follow up with partners as needed to confirm timely execution and receipt of signed agreements. Oversee the creation and ongoing maintenance of Media Partner rate structures within Salesforce. This includes updating rate information, ensuring accuracy, and making adjustments to reflect any new or modified partner agreements or offerings. Establish and manage shared tracking tools to monitor the progress and status of all Media Partner agreements. Regularly update the trackers to reflect current agreement details, deliverable status, and partner engagement. Carefully review all Media Partner agreements to ensure they are fully compliant with Informa's policies and align with any relevant local laws and regulations. Address any compliance concerns with legal or management teams as necessary before agreements are finalized. Actively coordinate with Media Partners to gather all agreed deliverables according to the terms of each agreement. This involves scheduling and tracking deliverable timelines, verifying the completion of agreed items, and addressing any questions or concerns from partners to ensure commitments are met. Serve as the primary onsite contact for Media Partners during events, ensuring that agreed deliverables are met and resolving any issues that arise. This may include coordinating with internal teams, verifying deliverable completion, and providing real-time updates to Media Partners. Assist the Sponsorship Fulfillment Team as needed, particularly during peak event times. This may involve preparing materials, coordinating with sponsors and partners, and providing onsite support to ensure seamless event execution and sponsor satisfaction. Qualifications Proven ability to work within the events industry, with a focus on managing media partnerships, sponsorships, or similar operational roles in event-based environments. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective liaison with internal teams (Marketing, Event Management, Operations) and external Media Partners to ensure clarity of terms, deliverables, and deadlines. A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and track multiple media partnership agreements across different brands, ensuring no deliverables or deadlines are missed. Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once, including managing deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining organized tracking tools to ensure successful execution of partnership deliverables. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage and maintain partner information, rate structures, and the status of media partnership agreements. Strong understanding of contract terms, with the ability to draft, review, and send Media Partner Agreements for signature, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal standards, and accurate documentation of deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve any issues, discrepancies, or conflicts that arise with Media Partners, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Event Management, Operations) and external partners, fostering positive relationships to drive success. A solid understanding of media partnership structures and sponsorship deliverables, with the ability to track and ensure that all commitments are met according to agreed terms. Previous experience working onsite at events as a key point of contact for Media Partners, ensuring that all agreed deliverables are met, resolving issues in real-time, and providing on-the-ground support during event execution. Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $45,000 to $50,000, with no bonus or commission incentives. Application Deadline: This job posting will close on December 21st.
