Your responsibilities:

Developing RealSure Public Relations strategies to reach prioritized audiences including consumers and field agents.

Lead corporate communications efforts that elevate company goals through thought leadership, corporate storytelling, and internal communications.

Oversee relationship with PR agency of record and ensure brand messaging is leading the conversation in relevant consumer media outlets.

Drive community building in RealSure markets through the development of on-the-ground community programming and events.

Create a best-in-class crisis management and response team that proactively prepares for and anticipates potential challenges.

Develop innovative and break-through strategies for localized marketing, identify partnership opportunities and support new market launches.

Participate as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team to shape brand goals and ensure brand goals are met.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

10 years of public relations experience with strong consumer exposure.

5 years of experience managing people, department and/or function.

A proven track record for supporting new brands and driving differentiated and creative storytelling.

Experience in crisis management.

Ability to think creatively to integrate problem-solving and structured thinking.

Proven ability to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers and executive management.

Brings extensive trends, media, and influencer connections, with a focus on consumer audiences.

Skilled in managing and prioritizing shifting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Uncompromising integrity by embodying the company’s values and standards.

Clear and dynamic communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey complex messages.

A leader who effectively attracts, acquires, develops, manages performance of and retains exceptional talent.

Readiness to scale and make an impact on a growing organization.

This position can be performed anywhere except Colorado.
