Redpoint Global is looking for a Director/Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing the processes, technology, and data that support the company's B2B marketing efforts. This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing function, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently, data is leveraged effectively, and marketing technologies are utilized to their fullest potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing automation, analytics, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive growth and efficiency.

This is a remote position, with preference for Boston area or New England-based candidates able to travel occasionally to Wellesley, MA office. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing operations strategies to support Redpoint Global’s overall marketing and business goals. This includes areas such as marketing automation, data management, reporting and analytics, budgeting, and performance optimization. Manage the Redpoint marketing technology stack, in collaboration with IT Operations and Services teams, including marketing automation, intent data, ABM tools, chatbots, etc., as well as internal use of the Redpoint CDP. This includes configuration, training, optimization, and reporting. Ensure maximum adoption and value across the marketing team. Oversee the marketing analytics function including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance and improve ROI. Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, email, social media, PPC, and SEO. Manage our contact database to ensure data quality as well as regulatory compliance. Manage the marketing budget. Track expenses, monitor variances, and suggest changes as needed. Report on budget metrics. Collaborate closely with Sales, SalesOps, Demand, Product Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure efficient processes across the organization. Improve and document key marketing processes and approaches (nurture strategy, lead scoring, forms/data collection, etc.). Develop training and ensure consistency across the team. Serve as a mentor to other marketing team members to help the team progress their skills and careers. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Continually evaluate new systems and processes to gain efficiencies and drive scalability. Requirements:
Innovative and creative thinker who can help us create a world-class B2B marketing organization. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in a B2B marketing operations role. Skilled in leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and enhance customer engagement. Strong knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Expertise in PowerBI, Sigma, or other tools required. Experience with marketing technology, including marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Customer Data Platform experience is a plus. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic mindset but also adept at executing tactical activities. Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills. Anticipated Salary Range:
