Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Growth: Generate new business and maintain strong client relationships through personal and commercial lines.
- Client Consultations: Provide expert advice to clients on their insurance needs, offering customized solutions.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products to maximize coverage for clients.
- Client Retention: Manage a book of business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our service and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Learning & Development: Continue to grow your skills and product knowledge, with opportunities to expand into commercial lines if your experience is primarily in personal lines.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years working in an independent insurance agency.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty license. A Life, Health, and Accident license is a plus.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of generating new business and retaining clients in the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex insurance products for clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with insurance software and CRM systems.
- Motivated & Accountable: Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability to meet performance goals.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
