JOB SUMMARY Responsible for providing content support to the University website on a University wide basis. Additonally assists marketing and enrollment departments in strategic planning for paid advertisment and through tracking leads and inquiries online for various programs. Reports to the Director of Digital Marketing, regularly interacts with administrators, faculty, and staff, and collaborates extensively with University offices. Position includes the performance of duties which require extensive training and/or knowledge and effective communication skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB (provide list of items which are essential to effective outcomes in this role): Responsible for actively coordinating assigned marketing projects under the direction of the Director of Digital Marketing. Assist in the management of Ottawa.edu, maintaining pages for various assigned departments and programs across our multiple campuses (Ottawa, Overland Park, Arizona, Wisconsin) As assigned, work with outside vendors regarding PPC/SEO campaigns and strategy, by analyzing data and making recommendations for marketing strategy based on trends and statistics. Ability to work with the marketing, enrollment and community development teams on web-related initiatives and templates. As assigned, work with programs such as: Salesforce, PPC campaigns, social media advertising to leverage the marketing of university units and programs (academic, student activity, athletic. As assigned, provides assistance to lead tracking, development and management in collaboration with other marketing and enrollment management staff. Collaborates with staff across the University (especially in marketing and information technology) on projects related to the University website and web marketing. Position is responsible for placing a high priority regarding service assuring a "top notch" customer service. When questions or issues arise, position is responsible for assuring resolution is handled in an efficient manner and with a high level of care. As needed, this position should work with the Director of Digital Marketing and/or related to staff to bring resolution to situation. Position interfaces with others via telephone, computer, and in person. Position must maintain effective working relationships and understand the job responsibilities and obligations of those with whom you work. Must support the work of other staff members and create a sense of "team" within the Unit. Provide a positive and efficient service and support to all aspects of program support. Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: (education based on essential job duties and requirements consistent with business necessity): BA Degree required. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: ( experience based on requirements in role and are consistent with business necessity) 1-3 years of related professional experience preferably experience in a related field.
