Job Description CMV (Cytomegalovirus) is a vital growth driver for the Infectious Disease and Neuroscience business unit. We have an opening for an experienced marketer who is interested in bringing their marketing career to the next level. This is a thrilling time to join the global prescription medicine (CMV) marketing team. This prescription medicine is a product with the ability to impact the outcomes of patients going through transplant procedures. Originally launched late in 2017, we are launching 2 new indications, as well as an extension to the existing indication. We have big aspirations for this brand! This is an exciting time of market engagement, strategy development, and growth maximization. We are seeking an experienced marketer to participate and/or lead several global cross-functional workstreams across data and analytics, supply, access, and market engagement. The role is reporting into the Global Brand Leader responsible for a prescription medicine. Specific Responsibilities Include
: Strategy lead: Identify opportunities to grow the brand within the adult HSCT indication.
Data and analytics: Partner with HHDDA and key markets in using data to understand market dynamics and inform future growth opportunities.
Market engagement: Engage with key markets and Regional Commercial Leads to maximize performance, align on strategic adjustments, and share best practices.
Supply: Maintain strong level of collaboration with our Manufacturing Division colleagues to inform short and long-term supply chain decisions.
Access: Partner closely with the global access team and launch markets to prepare for pricing negotiations and health authority meetings.
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of 3 years combined marketing, sales, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, both within Human Health Division as well as cross divisional.
Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders including external partners.
Demonstrated ability to make strategic choices using fundamental marketing tools (e.g. segmentation, positioning, etc.).
Leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions.
Demonstrates a flexible, growth mindset along with a high degree of integrity and ethics.
Preferred: MBA.
Strong presentation and engagement skills, including the ability to communicate complex information in a succinct and simplified manner.
Driven, results oriented thinking and corresponding high level of performance.
Ability to leverage innovation to drive results.
