About the Team: The Sage Groups’ Client is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to support their Financial Stream. The teams’ mission is to make it the best way to earn in the gig space while improving quality for Merchants and Consumers across the platform. Our projects focus on improving the employee experience through education, incentives and affordable access to gear that enable employees to maximize their earnings. The team is composed of people from different professional backgrounds collaborating to test and scale marketing, operational, and product solutions to these challenges. About the Role:

Own communications and programs to improve (Driver) quality and supply for growing adoption and usage of Crimson, our financial product designed just for Drivers. Manage the lifecycle using email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging. Support experiments that leverage these communications channels. Work on a highly cross-functional and collaborative team of marketers, operators, and product experts. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will:

Develop, test, and implement CRM strategies to improve Crimson adoption, usage, and retention. Create CRM automations and execute on an A/B testing roadmap (layout, format, frequency, cadence, creative, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance. Manage end-to-end development and execution of email, SMS, push and in-app campaigns. Manage an asset tracker, drive the creative review process, collaborate with designers and copywriters, coordinate legal and partner reviews, identify target audience segments, size and track experiments, procure and implement translations, and capture feedback from multiple stakeholders. Set up and monitor complex journeys, triggers, and automations, partnering with engineering to ensure dynamic events and data are properly routed to our CRM platform. Collaborate with Logistics, Growth, Analytics, Legal, Product and Product Marketing teams to craft programs that will improve the employee experience. Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports. We’re excited about you because you have:

3+ years of experience in marketing or growth overall. 2+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or retention marketing. Experience with CRM technology including ESPs, segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems. Experience with Braze is a PLUS. Strong analytical skills – able to create and analyze data-driven marketing campaigns end to end. A record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc. Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task. An ability to excel in fast-paced, complex workstreams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Duration: Jan 2025 to June 2025 – with likely extension Location: Remote anywhere in US - Standard Business Hours Compensation: $66.00
