WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Design and Branding: Craft eye-catching visuals for print and digital— brochures, social posts, email campaigns, presentations, and beyond.
- Brand Consistency: Keep every design on-brand, ensuring a polished, cohesive look across all platforms.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketers, and project managers to transform ideas into impactful visuals.
- Campaign Support: Design assets that they drive engagement and deliver measurable results for marketing campaigns.
- Photography Editing: Assist with basic photo editing and to enhance storytelling.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with web-based design programs (e.g., Figma, Canva, or similar).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design capabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

This opportunity has a base range that represents a full-time annual salary of $70,000-85,000/year (commensurate with experience).
