Description
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Deliver two main types of training videos including technical training and career growth and development videos. Engage with Hardware Technologies technical experts to film, then share their areas of expertise and career growth. Plan, produce, edit, and deliver high-quality learning and development training videos to both new and seasoned Apple engineers. Work with highly skilled subject matter experts to identify and distill key learning topics and translate this highly technical information into easy-to-understand learning videos. Ensure brand consistency across all materials to meet Apple standards of appearance, content, and style. Ensure security, privacy, and copyright policies are strictly followed. Partner closely with the Hardware Tech Organizational Development & Learning team, People Business Partners, Hardware Tech communication team, engineers, and leadership to maintain clear alignment on expectations and deliverables. Program manage the Hardware Tech Learning website, the assets within the website, and HWT Learning communication strategy. 40 hours/week.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Communication, Film, Broadcast, Media Production, Theater Arts or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Delivering video projects through working with engineering leaders and technical experts across the globe by rapidly gathering information, and refining objectives to produce technical learning content.
- Driving training development lifecycle using principles of adult learning theory and industry standards such as the ADDIE model.
- Utilizing applications such as Keynote, Photoshop, illustrator, Motion 5, Audition, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro to produce high quality professional audio and video recordings.
- Working with raw footage and turn it into a final product by outlining, scripting, and assembling into a cohesive video/film.
- Creating videos in a professional capacity applying established brand guidelines.
- Cutting through ambiguity by initiating appropriate actions to propose thoughtful ideas and prototypes to move projects and goals forward.
- Authoring content for/within a content management system, and administering a learning management system (familiarity with Saba).
- Utilizing collaborative documentation tools such as confluence, quip, and html to create engaging learning resources for a technical audience.
- Utilizing content review tools such as frame.io and quip to gain feedback from stakeholders and partners on video projects.
- Managing complex programs which imbeds a variety of assets including video recordings, written descriptions of offerings, and multiple links to different development resources.
