This is a remote position; however, you must be available to work Pacific Time hours. Priority will be given to candidates located on the Pacific Coast. We’re looking for a talented writer to craft compelling, empathetic copy that drives people to enroll and engage with the digital health industry. Your work will help people dealing with pain find the care they need, so they can do the things they love. This Senior Copywriter/Content Strategist will support an expanding list of B2C growth channels (email, web, SEO, etc.) with a primary focus on paid media (YouTube, Instagram, Meta, Video ads, Search, Display) — bringing the voice and tone alive every step of the way. You will be joining a team of several content strategists on the B2C creative team and collaborate closely with designers, growth marketers, product marketers, and creative ops. The growth creative team currently operates within a pod structure and you will work mostly closely with a single designer and select marketers, focusing on specific objectives. What you’ll accomplish Write consumer marketing copy that delivers results. Whether it’s a headline, a subject line, or even a button on a landing page, you’ll use data to craft copy that boosts performance. Strengthen consumer voice and tone. You’ll take the brand strategy, voice, and tone and elevate it across all member touch points. Work with your partner to craft high-performing, user-centered assets. From direct mail to websites, you’ll work with design to create best-in-class, cohesive content across all of our channels. Brainstorm and pitch creative concepts and ideas. You’ll look for innovative, creative ways to reach our members on new (or existing) channels. What we’re looking for 6+ years of writing experience; preferably in a startup, in-house, or agency environment. 2+ years of experience in performance marketing writing + scripting for video. A portfolio with examples of previous work specifically showing how you increased marketing performance using copy. Demonstrated ability to drive results/outcomes, not just process. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and project managing your own workload to set deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time. Experience navigating high growth, fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills to listen and influence. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems. Experience working in an agile sprint format is a bonus. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.00 to $51.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
