- Plan – Strike a balance between aggression and feasibility in making a marketing plan, and budget aligned with company goals.
- Do - Implement the marketing plan on a daily basis to drive execution.

- Tailor messaging to suit the needs of different stakeholders, such as prospects, existing customers, and partners.

- Balance long-term (e.g. brand establishment), medium-term (e.g. drive effective product launches) and short-term (e.g. increase efficiency of a marketing event) marketing goals for sustained growth.
- Collaborate with channel and strategic partners to amplify the company’s messaging.
- Provide marketing performance analytics and insights to the executive team.
- Upgrade marketing systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost to maximize return on new revenue.
