We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a User Experience (UX) Designer in ROCKVILLE, Maryland, United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and refining user experiences that meet the needs of our user base. You will be a part of a collaborative team and contribute significantly to the development of our products.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize Figma's prototyping features to rapidly develop and refine interactive designs, maintaining a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs and successful project delivery.
• Convert low-fidelity wireframes into high-quality UI components, using inspiration from popular apps, design trends, and common UI patterns.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize a comprehensive library of adaptive and variable UI components for various features, with a focus on cross-product consistency.
• Consider user needs and behaviors in all design decisions, aiming to create intuitive and accessible interfaces that help users achieve their goals efficiently.
• Contribute to the overall design strategy by providing insights and recommendations that help in the evolution of our design system.
• Create, edit and maintain graphic notation components for design documentation and design presentations in Figma, Confluence, and PowerPoint to enhance team productivity and streamline workflows.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD is required.
• Must have experience in Android Development.
• Familiarity with AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness.
• Proficient in CSS.
• Must possess digital skills.
