What You Will Do.
- Editing and Post-Production:
- Edit video footage into polished final products to create compelling stories for a variety of projects, e.g. commercials & video content
- Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
- Ensure all video content is consistent with the brand's style and standards.
- Photo/Video Production:
- Ability to support productions as needed by being on set to capture high-quality video footage for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, events, interviews, and documentaries.
- General understanding of cameras operation, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure optimal recording conditions.
- Plan and storyboard video projects in collaboration with the creative team.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Technical Support:
- Maintain and troubleshoot video production equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve video production quality.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to create cohesive multimedia content.
- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Archive and organize video files for easy retrieval and future use.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For.
- 3+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics and design including pre-production, production, post-production, live-events, editorial infrastructure, and content creation. Must have in-house agency production company or production house experience. Sports background a plus.
- You have proven experience operating camera equipment
- You are knowledgeable in framing, lighting, and shot composition
- You are creative and detail oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You have demonstrated abilities to quickly and effectively troubleshoot technical issues with equipment or software and otherwise handle unforeseen production challenges
- You are adaptable and able to switch between roles, whether it's shooting on location or editing in postproduction
- You are proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premier Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and...
- You are familiar with various camera postproduction workflows, including RED, Arri, Canon, and Sony
- You are familiar with color grading vocabulary and technical prep of footage
- You are experienced in meeting a variety of technical specifications for delivery of broadcast and social formats
- You can remain calm in stressful situations while managing deadlines and a multitude of details
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling through video
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on various projects with changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
