Audience Development Associate
Location: NYC, NY or Remote
Reports To: VP, Event Marketing

CyberRisk Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Audience Development Associate to join our Event Marketing team. This role is essential to the success of our custom events, focusing on attendee recruitment and providing exceptional delegate support.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Attendee Recruitment and Support:
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to recruit attendees for CyberRisk Alliance custom events using email, social media, and direct phone calls.
  • Serve as the primary contact for our event attendee inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Work closely with the event marketing and operations teams to maintain accurate attendee data and ensure recruitment goals are met. Provide personalized assistance to prospective attendees, addressing questions about registration, event details, and participation requirements.
Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach efforts and attendee communications.
  • Collaborate with the Event Marketing team to improve recruitment and support processes.
  • Assist with post-event analysis and reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, event operations, or attendee recruitment.
  • Strong communication skills, including email, phone, and social media outreach. ]Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technology
Job Information (NYC)
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, CRA is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account numerous factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates' qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and location.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000 to $60,000, which does not include other compensation benefits package.
