- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute effective change management strategies.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and vendors.
- Change Management Strategy:
- Design and implement holistic change management strategies tailored to THE COMPANY's Skills Enablement Journey.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to align initiatives across the organization.
- Foster stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless adoption of enablement programs.
- Communication Strategy:
- Develop effective communication plans to promote organizational awareness and engagement in the change process.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee the execution of change management initiatives.
- Monitor adoption rates and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities.
- Report progress to leadership and suggest improvements where needed.
