Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Strategic Planning:
Proven ability to develop and execute effective change management strategies. Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and vendors. What You'll Be Doing /
Key Responsibilities: Change Management Strategy:
Design and implement holistic change management strategies tailored to THE COMPANY's
Skills Enablement Journey .
Collaboration and Alignment:
Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to align initiatives across the organization. Foster stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless adoption of enablement programs.
Communication Strategy:
Develop effective communication plans to promote organizational awareness and engagement in the change process.
Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee the execution of change management initiatives. Monitor adoption rates and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation of change management activities. Report progress to leadership and suggest improvements where needed.
