Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a graphic designer for one of our clients in Charlotte NC!

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for visual storytelling and design, with the ability to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling assets for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design engaging graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual content for print and digital media.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance the company's visual brand identity across all projects and platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project goals.
• Digital Assets: Create assets for websites, social media campaigns, email marketing, advertisements, and presentations.
• Print Materials: Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral as needed.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge creative output.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
