Position Overview-

Camarda Wealth is seeking an experienced Digital Media Buyer / Google Ads Specialist to lead our paid media strategy and drive qualified lead generation in search and display ads. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to manage and optimize multi-platform campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and scale results to meet business objectives.

Goal: Generate 50-200 contactable, high-quality leads per month depending on budget/active campaigns. With our industry’s high CPL average and limited historical data, your role will be critical in identifying an optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and driving ongoing CPL optimization while improving lead quality and expanding our digital presence.

Relevant Experience: Success in an industry similar to our niche or similar audience age/affluence (not E-commerce, not quick/cheap conversions, not B2B, not easy-to-trust-industries, not young-audiences-only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Management:

o Develop, implement, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Video ad campaigns for lead generation.

o Monitor and manage conversion tracking, bid strategies, and campaign performance.

o Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and ROI.

  • Data-Driven Performance Analysis:

o Leverage Google Analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

o Interpret campaign data to drive actionable recommendations and achieve competitive CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) targets.

  • Keyword Strategy:

o Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner to target high-value, low-competition opportunities.

  • Cross-Platform Campaign Management:

o Coordinate and optimize campaigns on additional platforms such as Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks.

o Promote and scale audiences for YouTube and podcast content through targeted paid strategies.(This role does NOT include content creation, filming, editing)

  • Target Audience Focus:

o Drive qualified leads among high-net-worth, well-educated, pre-retirement individuals.

o Achieve monthly goals of 50-200 contactable, high-quality leads within budget parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Google Ads management, including search, display, and video campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in conversion tracking, bid strategy implementation, and A/B testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and optimize for CPL and CAC.
  • Expertise in keyword research and competitive analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
  • Experience with multi-platform campaign management (Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, programmatic platforms).
  • Prior success in lead generation for complex, high-value industries with affluent, near-retirement audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with full-funnel marketing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Knowledge of SEO (on-page and off-page optimization).
  • Familiarity with email marketing and landing page optimization.
  • Proficiency in copywriting for ad campaigns and landing pages.
