Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California.

Duties: Support the team in managing various EventTech tools, including Splash events and other digital experience platforms Assist the Splash Program Manager in meeting the needs of global users Provide support for internal user intake, enablement, and onboarding Ensure marketing compliance and operational efficiency for digital experiences and smaller-scale event solutions

Desired Skills/Experience: Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in training documentation and writing Experience with platforms and technologies; event technology experience is a plus Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Quick learners with a proactive, self-starter mindset Teachable skills include marketing operations and Splash Platform Optional skills include experience with Splash Platform or other event technology platforms, marketing experience, and training experience
