Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team! This position is located in San Francisco, California.

Duties:

• Support the team in managing various EventTech tools, including Splash events and other digital experience platforms
• Assist the Splash Program Manager in meeting the needs of global users
• Provide support for internal user intake, enablement, and onboarding
• Ensure marketing compliance and operational efficiency for digital experiences and smaller-scale event solutions

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in training documentation and writing
• Experience with platforms and technologies; event technology experience is a plus
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Quick learners with a proactive, self-starter mindset
• Teachable skills include marketing operations and Splash Platform
• Optional skills include experience with Splash Platform or other event technology platforms, marketing experience, and training experience
