Senior Interior Design Project Manager Needed at Established Architecture & Design Studio. Hybrid – Weekly In-Office & WFH

Senior Interior Design Project Manager:
Manages interior design projects including all phases of project design, development & documentation, client presentations, project drawings, budgets & schedules. Full-time exempt position 9-6 Monday-Friday, hybrid in-office at our SF mission district studio, and from home. Employer-paid full medical, dental & vision insurance, PTO, and 401k. Salary Range: $120k – $135k / year, commensurate with experience
The Position: Develops interior design concepts including interior architecture, materials & finishes, furnishings and art. Prepares fee proposals, fee projections, staffing and work plans and change orders. Manages client relationship from initial meeting through design, production and final delivery of project. Leads the production of construction documents & drawings, detailing & coordination for interior architecture drawing sets Manages inter-departmental coordination between interiors and architecture teams, specifically with drawing deliverables schedules. Prepares & maintains budgets for all furnishings, lighting, finishes, materials, millwork & window & floor coverings. Establish office-wide standards, best practices, and project templates for the interiors team.
What you’ll need: Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (with a strong emphasis on interior design) required. Minimum of 10 years of experience working for an interior design firm Experience sourcing and specifying furnishings, lighting, finishes, materials and window & floor coverings required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive attitude, high-energy, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp. Working knowledge of Studio Designer. California Driver’s License.
Preferred: Experience with Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray, 3D Max, and Enscape Knowledge of San Francisco-based vendors & dealers strongly preferred. Project Management experience
