Position Overview: This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency of operational systems by improving the tools and experiences for internal and external partners involved in logistics. As a Usability Specialist, you will play a critical part in understanding user needs and transforming research insights into solutions that simplify processes and save time. Your approach will involve a range of methodologies, including field studies, interviews, and surveys, to gain a deep understanding of user behaviors and challenges.

You will collaborate closely with other researchers, designers, product managers, and technical teams to align on goals, support research efforts, and drive customer-focused outcomes. The position requires someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of both conducting independent research and evaluating the work of others to uphold high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries. Analyze research data to identify trends, insights, and patterns, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to align research goals and inform decision-making. Present research findings effectively, tailoring communication for different stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging research trends and methods, applying innovative approaches where relevant. Contribute to shaping the UX research strategy and refining processes to adapt to evolving business and user needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience conducting user research in a product-driven environment. Proficiency in a variety of research methods and the ability to choose the most effective approach for specific goals. Proven experience turning research insights into meaningful product and design decisions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating findings to diverse audiences. Passion for staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in UX research.
