Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a User Experience Researcher for one of our clients in Greensboro, NC.


Key Responsibilities:

Research Planning and Execution:

  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic studies.
  • Develop research plans and protocols aligned with project goals and timelines.

User Insights:

  • Analyze and synthesize data to uncover user needs, motivations, and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate user insights into product design and development.
  • Advocate for user-centric design across teams and stakeholders.

Documentation and Communication:

  • Create detailed reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate research insights.
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on UX research trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the refinement of research processes and tools.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in UX research or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful research projects.
  • Hands-on experience with various research methodologies and tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present complex insights clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SPSS).
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
