Position Overview:

This role focuses on enhancing the efficiency of operational systems by improving the tools and experiences for internal and external partners involved in logistics. As a Usability Specialist, you will play a critical part in understanding user needs and transforming research insights into solutions that simplify processes and save time. Your approach will involve a range of methodologies, including field studies, interviews, and surveys, to gain a deep understanding of user behaviors and challenges.


You will collaborate closely with other researchers, designers, product managers, and technical teams to align on goals, support research efforts, and drive customer-focused outcomes. The position requires someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of both conducting independent research and evaluating the work of others to uphold high-quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries.
  • Analyze research data to identify trends, insights, and patterns, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to align research goals and inform decision-making.
  • Present research findings effectively, tailoring communication for different stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on emerging research trends and methods, applying innovative approaches where relevant.
  • Contribute to shaping the UX research strategy and refining processes to adapt to evolving business and user needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.



Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience conducting user research in a product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of research methods and the ability to choose the most effective approach for specific goals.
  • Proven experience turning research insights into meaningful product and design decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating findings to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for staying informed about the latest trends and best practices in UX research.
