About the Role:

Crafting first-class player experiences is the core of our process; as a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces to enhance gaming experiences for players around the world. UI designers and artists should thrive in collaborative co-development environments and possess a strong understanding of games and supporting web products. You also prioritise accessibility and relish the opportunity to implement frictionless experiences that enable all types of players to deeply engage with our partners' games; in this capacity, you will work closely with our UI engineers and should be comfortable delving into game engines to build user interfaces.

Our ideal candidates will have experience working within game development teams to create impactful user experiences, as well as a passion for games themselves

What We Value: Experience designing UI/UX for AAA or independent game titles or entertainment products, as well as a strong portfolio showcasing the work. Shipped at least one game or product in an equivalent industry position. Understanding of game development pipelines and a willingness to work with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity). Proficiency in design tools e.g., Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. (Knowledge of motion graphics, animation and 3D design would also be nice-to-haves). Ability to design, implement, and maintain robust UI systems. (Experience designing and implementing UI features, screens, menus, or HUDs in a shipped product). Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, coupled with a passion for creating immersive gaming experiences across smaller and/or larger teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality. You May Also Have:

Experience leading the implementation of an impactful feature in a game. Experience working with larger teams and/or collaborating on large projects. Experience implementing UI features, screens, menus, or HUDs in a shipped product. Experience working on globalisation, accessibility features, or live-service content. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and 3D design. Have a current understanding of industry trends in modern game development processes (Experience working on globalisation, accessibility features, or live-service content). What We Can Offer:
