Collaborate with creative teams to concept and design visual design artifacts and solutions against client briefs. Identify conceptual and strategic direction for projects, and present to the team and client. Lead and direct cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies and projects, including for Fortune Global 500 clients. Prototype visual concepts with account and studio teams. Assess viability of a project re execution and technologies to be used. Manage quality of creative work from idea to delivery. Ensure accuracy of creative scope, schedule and budget. Manage/delegate tasks to other visual designers. Estimate project timing and work with design directors to track toward deadlines. Ensure proper post-production workflow and that final product exceeds expectations, stays within budget, and delivers on time. Manage client relationships. Manage, prepare and present new business pitches and case studies. Provide thought leadership with respect to all areas of production, including visual, copy and experience design, and incorporate modern production technologies and solutions as appropriate. Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or Typography, plus two years of experience in the position offered or as a Senior Visual Designer for an advertising agency.**All required experience must have included defining concepts, creating design strategies and systems, and overseeing the delivery of visual design artifacts across projects for Fortune Global 500 company; creating designs including user interface, design systems, layouts, brand identity, photography direction, typography, iconography, AI images, and motion design; concepting and collaborating with strategy, creative, UX and technology to ensure executed design work meets agency standards and exceeds client expectations; mentoring and managing junior and senior designers; using typographic design to create type systems that drive client point of view with verbal aspect of digital design; integrating emerging design methodologies/technologies into existing workflows; concepting creative work across media platforms including social, digital, film, OOH and print; and employing advanced knowledge of motion design tools including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder.Telecommuting is permitted from any U.S. location. #LI-DNI Minimum Salary: 140,000 Maximum Salary: 178,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
