We’re looking for a fast-paced and creative Content Marketing Specialist who is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, website development, and designing impactful graphics. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to engage our target audience, improve brand awareness, and drive growth.

You will also work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Website Development & Optimization:
  • Create, optimize and maintain website development for business lines ensuring smooth operation and improved performance.
  • Ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.
  • Monitor website performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for social media, blogs, landing pages, and other web assets.
  • Write compelling copy for email campaigns, social media, and advertisements.
  • Maintain content calendar across multiple product and business lines.
  1. Graphic Design & Visual Content:
  • Design visually appealing graphics for web pages, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Create infographics, eBooks, and other visual aids to support content strategies.
  • Ensure all visuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
  1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hit key objectives with marketing strategies and campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in content marketing,
  • 2 years of experience in website management (e.g., WordPress), basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and graphic design.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, HubSpot).
  • Strong skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
