Position Overview

The Content Marketing Specialist will work closely with our sales teams to create, tailor, and optimize content that drives lead generation, nurtures prospects, and supports sales efforts. You will develop and manage high-quality content for a variety of channels, including email campaigns, sales collateral, case studies, blog posts, white papers, and social media. Your primary goal is to align marketing and sales strategies by producing engaging content that resonates with our target audience and accelerates the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales teams to identify content needs and opportunities for lead generation and sales enablement.
  • Develop and optimize content that supports the entire sales funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
  • Create compelling sales collateral, including case studies, white papers, presentations, and product one-pagers.
  • Produce and manage content for email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and driving conversions.
  • Write and edit blog posts, articles, and social media posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content strategies to inform Office1's content approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably with a focus on sales enablement or B2B.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives for different channels.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to develop content that supports the sales process.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring content performance and impact on sales.
