We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to help us advance this mission by overseeing the organizational and administrative aspects of our Creative Team.
The Creative Projects Manager will provide essential support to ensure that creative initiatives run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage project timelines, resources, and workflows, enabling the Creative Team to deliver their best work. In this role, you'll work closely with the Creative Director designers, video producers, and other creatives to ensure that projects align with our church's mission, vision, and values. Your organizational oversight will be key in streamlining processes, tracking progress, and ensuring that all creative projects are delivered on time and within scope.

You will manage project timelines, resources, and workflows, enabling the Creative Team to deliver their best work. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational oversight for the Creative Team, ensuring efficient project management and workflow processes.
- Lead project planning and scheduling for creative initiatives, managing resources and timelines to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Serve as the central point of contact for the Creative Team, coordinating cross departmental communication and ensuring alignment with churchwide initiatives.
- Collaborate with team leaders to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor project progress.
- Oversee and track budgets for creative projects, ensuring financial stewardship and alignment with church priorities.
- Support the Creative Director and team leads in organizing and executing team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative reviews.
- Develop and maintain organizational systems to track project timelines, content calendars, and deliverables.
- Assist with volunteer onboarding and coordination, ensuring that volunteers are equipped and trained for their roles within the Creative Team.
- Work closely with church leadership to ensure that all creative output reflects and supports Church Unlimited's mission, vision, and values.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to senior leadership on the progress and success of creative projects.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and attend key church events as needed.
What You Bring:
- Strong alignment with Church Unlimited's mission and values.
- Preferred bachelor's degree in project management, organizational leadership, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, administration, or operational oversight, ideally within a creative or ministry environment.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that creative initiatives are executed with excellence and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members and cross functional departments.
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills, with the ability to provide direction, feedback, and support to both staff and volunteers.
- Passion for streamlining workflows and improving processes to drive efficiency within the Creative Team.
- Willingness to adjust schedules to accommodate church events, projects, and key deadlines.
