Job Description
The Senior Marketing and Creative Project Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of Phison’s marketing and creative projects. This dynamic and fast-paced role will require working closely with product marketing, sales, web ops, design, social media, events teams, agencies, and global stakeholders to ensure all initiatives are completed on time, per brand guidelines, and align with Phison’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in managing projects from inception to completion, understanding and using systems for process efficiencies, is collaborative and has a “go-getter” attitude, is extremely detail-oriented, understands current design trends and brand requirements, ensuring consistency across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of all corporate marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives across digital, print, and web content.
- Manage the intake process for all new marketing collateral requests, coordinating with global cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Act as the main liaison between product engineering teams and marketing to help drive campaigns related to product announcements or brand awareness.
- Ensure all projects are on schedule and meet quality standards through effective planning and team collaboration.
Web Development & Digital Asset Management:
- Manage creation of web content updates, including product pages and event-related pages. Conduct regular reviews of websites and handle all other web requests that come in. Work closely with designers and web development teams.
Campaign Execution & Content Creation:
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall company business strategy.
- Work closely with product marketing managers to manage and execute campaign targets.
- Support content development for social media, blogs, and event marketing.
- Build and manage content production and distribution calendars.
Event Support:
- Collaborate with events manager and product and technical teams to facilitate all planning and execution of key industry events, ensuring all collateral, assets, and logistics are ready.
- Manage the preparation for events, ensuring timelines are met and all deliverables are executed on time.
Process Improvement & System Development:
- Manage intake system for all marketing requests.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to centralize workflows, ensuring efficient tracking and completion of tasks.
- Streamline centralized digital assets management process.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, and HQ counterparts, to ensure alignment and visibility on all projects.
- Lead regular check-ins and updates with teams to track progress, address challenges, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of key milestones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of creative project management experience, ideally in a corporate marketing environment (technology space is preferred).
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of web development processes, digital asset management, and marketing technology tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
- Experience working with global teams and an ability to collaborate effectively across cultures.
- Experience in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheets, Monday, or similar platforms.
- Experience in supporting participation in industry events, especially in technology or enterprise markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the enterprise storage or semiconductor industry preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards like PCIe, NVMe, and OCP.
- Strong understanding of brand management and campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven ability to drive consistent messaging and improve collaboration with global teams.
