We are looking for a talented Advertising Operations Manager to streamline dealer onboarding, ensure seamless product setup, and optimize our operational processes for newly established dealer marketing platform . In this role reporting to the VP of marketing, you'll be hands-on and asked to wear many hats as we navigate the start-up of the new revenue source. In addition to driving operational excellence, you'll be directly involved in campaign activation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess extensive knowledge in automotive ad operations and project management, and bring innovative solutions to operationalize Salesforce workflows and enhance our ad channel offerings.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new dealerships, ensuring all setup requirements are met timely and accurately.
- Collaborate with client-facing teams to collect necessary assets and approvals for go-live campaigns.
- Oversee the implementation process to guarantee all products are correctly configured before launch.
Develop and maintain streamlined processes for setting up digital advertising campaigns across channels, including Display, Social, CTV, and Email. - Proactively identify bottlenecks in the go-live process and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure all channels are fully optimized, leveraging our data and technology to offer maximum value to dealers.
- Take a hands-on approach to campaign activation and ongoing optimizations until additional resources are brought on board.
- Monitor campaign performance and deploy fixes for any operational issues.
- Conduct Test-and-Learn initiatives for new advertising products, gathering insights to refine offerings.
- Build partnership opportunities with leading ad partners (e.g., Amazon, Disney).
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to maintain and enhance digital ad product capabilities.
- Standardize and automate Salesforce workflows, including onboarding processes, budget/creative change processes, campaign tracking, and dealer communications.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce process improvements and ensure alignment with all internal teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Leads to ensure alignment with campaign strategies and timelines.
- Support client-facing teams by providing operational clarity and reducing their workload on implementation tasks.
- Partner with Billing to ensure accurate invoicing and data tracking.
- Expertise in advertising operations, campaign trafficking, and digital media optimization for the automotive SaaS industry
- Proficiency in digital ad platforms and understanding of multi-channel campaign management for the automotive sales industry
- Proven success in advertising operations, digital marketing, or implementation roles in support of automotive dealerships
- Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms like Salesforce to enhance operational workflows
- Highly developed project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
