Central Florida Marketing and Promotions is the digital and traditional in-house marketing agency for the Holler-Classic Auto Group, Mainstreet Daily News and the Marc Media Group. We are looking for an Administrative & Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
As the Administrative and Accounting assistant in the agency, your responsibilities include:
- Preparing budgets for all our clients
- Reconciling monthly credit cards statements
- Accounts payable, issuing invoices to clients and preparing check requests
- Reconcile posts from TV & radio stations and digital media buys
- Assisting the agency team with various advertising and sponsorship projects
- Gaining pre-approvals for creative and submitting for co-op reimbursement
- Trafficking creative to local TV and radio stations
- Ordering marketing supplies for our clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Computer knowledge
- Exceptional organization and communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
