White Whale Solutions (“Whale”), a WBE Certified Woman Owned strategic marketing and analytics agency based in Tampa, FL with clients across the U.S. is seeking to find the perfect Account Manager candidate to join our growing team.

We are a full-service marketing and analytics agency with a focus on utilities, pharmaceuticals, and banking. Whale is seeking a candidate who has the unique blend of account management, account development and creativity to grow all accounts and lend a hand to other Account Managers & Coordinators on best practices.

A winning personality and positive outlook are a must. The ability to communicate with both senior level and marketing support personnel are critical. An understanding of analytics will prove useful (segmentation, customer analytics) though not required.

Account management, leadership, and revenue generation processes will be heavily weighted in the hiring process.

This is a full-time position with an opportunity to grow and be a part of something truly special.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum two (2) years of full-time account management, coordination and/or marketing management experience

Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role

Understanding of advertising best practices

Direct mail & print production experience is a huge advantage

High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to take initiative and collaborate

Strategic mindset and ability to bring strategy to life

Design skills or the ability to sketch concepts is valuable

Able to build strong client relationships built on mutual trust and understanding

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range of $52,000+

Bonus Compensation: Company wide profit sharing, revenue & new business bonuses.
